IRCA Part Sanat plc. (Ex-Iran Carburetter plc.) was established in 1982 as a private joint stock company (pjsc). It was converted to a public limited company (plc) in 1997 and listed in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) in the same year. IRCA Part Pouya pjsc was established in 2006 by IRCA Part Sanat plc. which owns 99.96% of its shares.
